How to convert a big file into part.rar?

To convert a big file (movie, video or any) into part.rar is as simple as that.Using 7z or winrar itself has an option to make parts. winrar> tool> wizard> create new archive> select file>select path> select create self-extracting option and specify the size ( if u want to split ur 700 MB file into 10 parts specify 100MB) then press finish button.
