Recover Windows Xp and Vista password

1)The software for that is "ophcrack" type thos in google
2)Where the cd burning link so click on to it to download the iso image
3)Then after copy to the cd and reboot it form the CD drive
4)Select the top option which is the "Ophcraack Graphic mode"
5)Then it will automatically scan after hitting the enter
6)From there it will automatically take you to a user interface screen
where it will start fors scaning for password
7)It shows a list of users in the left hand side column and the right hand
side which brings you the list of NT passwords
8)See for it that which users password you want to know and select it
9)That is it you got your lost password dude!
